Shirley Shu

Shirley is a NSW-qualified solicitor with over 15 years of experience in legal, compliance, and company secretarial roles within the funds management industry. Prior to joining Capital Prudential, Shirley was a Regulatory Compliance Manager at First Sentier Investors, where she monitored regulatory changes and ensured compliance across marketing and licensing functions. She also worked as Legal Counsel at Platinum Asset Management, overseeing legal and governance matters for both listed and unlisted entities.

Shirley began her career in risk and compliance before transitioning to legal and governance roles, bringing a wealth of expertise to her position at Capital Prudential.

David Porter

Over 25 years' global experience raising institutional capital across private credit, real estate equity, and fixed income. Secured multi-billion-dollar commitments from sovereign wealth funds, pension schemes, insurers, and global consultants.

Previously led institutional capital raising at Qualitas, with senior leadership roles at BlackRock (Australia and London), PIMCO Europe, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse.

Tim Brown

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in property and funds management. Starting his career at Deloitte and advancing at Lend Lease, Tim joined BlackWall, an ASX-listed property and funds management company, where he played a key role in expanding its investment portfolio to $600 million in assets over his 16 years there. Most recently as Joint Managing Director and CFO, Tim led BlackWall to build a robust funds management platform and helped create WOTSO Property, Australia’s largest suburban flex-space provider and a listed REIT.

Outside of his professional life, Tim serves on the board of Coogee Boys Preparatory School and is a life member of Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club in Sydney.

Tim Rogers

With over 30 years in financial services, Tim is a respected industry leader in investment distribution and private capital raising.

A former business owner and Managing Director of a leading private wealth firm, Tim has held senior roles at BT, DASH Technology Group and 360Private.

Tim has proven ability to align investment strategy with market demand and deliver growth through adviser led channels. As Head of Private Capital, he leads the firm’s sales and distribution strategy across private wealth and intermediary markets, bringing deep expertise in strategy, capital raising and adviser engagement.

Clancy Sprouster

Clancy is a highly experienced development professional having worked across both ASX listed institutional and private development companies throughout his career. Clancy’s experience covers mixed-use and residential projects including large scale multi-stage developments (up to $750m of value) and covers the full breadth of the development life cycle.

Clancy prides himself on building high performance teams and motivating them to deliver the best outcomes for the business and projects they work on.

Carolyn Mitchell

Carolyn Mitchell is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial law, governance, and executive leadership. Carolyn’s career began in legal practice, where she specialised in commercial advice, insolvency, and trade practices. She was Managing Partner at Cowell Clarke Commercial Lawyers for 8 years, doubling the size of the firm and significantly improving profitability over that time.

Carolyn holds directorships across a diverse range of sectors, including Chair of Netball SA and Haigh’s Chocolates, Sarah Group Holdings and the South Australian Motorsport Board, and previously served as Chair of Credit Union SA Ltd.

In addition, Carolyn previously held executive positions as Chair of The Executive Connection Group 6 (mentoring business owners and CEOs) and as Acting Executive Director of the Women’s and Children’s Health Research Institute Incorporated where she led a restructure of the organisation resulting in a long term funding and research agreement with the University of Adelaide and South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) to ensure continuation of the Institute’s research.

Philip Riquier

Philip Riquier is Chair of the Capital Prudential Board.

He is an experienced ASX 100 Banking Executive, property developer, and professional independent company director.

Currently, Philip is Non-Executive Director of MyVenue Pty Ltd, Credit Union SA, and Lutheran Homes Group Inc.

Philip also has an impressive 23-year banking career as a Group Executive at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd and as a director of the Risk Management Association Australia!

Philip was also recently awarded the distinction of “Chartered Banker” from the Institute of Chartered Bankers, UK.

Kristie Lenton

Kristie is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in financial services and funds management in listed and unlisted environments.

Prior to joining Capital Prudential, she was the CFO of Irongate Group, an ASX and JSE dual listed REIT. Irongate Group had its origins as the Investec Group’s Australian and New Zealand property investment and asset management business. Kristie joined the Investec group in 2009 where she worked in both central finance and property. She was responsible for Investec Australia’s finance operations prior to joining the property team.

Kristie started her career in accounting, where she was a manager in assurance, tax and business services.

Stephen Bull

Stephen Bull has over 20 years of experience in the property sector, spanning operations, development, capital transactions, strategy and governance within major listed companies, including Stockland and Westfield.

Stephen finished his executive career at Stockland in 2018 where he held the role of Group Executive and CEO of their Retirement Communities business. Prior to that Stephen led their Retail, Office and Industrial Development team.

Since 2018 Stephen has built a diverse Board portfolio including listed, private, government and for purpose organisations. He is currently a non-executive director of Summerset Group Holdings Ltd (NZX: SUM & ASX: SNZ), Chair and Non-Executive Director of Bridge Housing Ltd and a Board Member of the ACT Government City Renewal Authority (CRA).

In addition Stephen sits on the Investment Committees for the NSW Government Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE) and the MaxCap Group.

Brenton Mauriello (AM)

Brenton is a highly accomplished property development professional and experienced board director with executive management experience spanning construction, architecture, automotive, pharmaceuticals and distribution.

Awarded membership of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the Australia-Thailand and Australia-ASEAN relationship, Brenton has been Executive Chairman of DWP (Design Worldwide Partnership) an integrated design company with 350 staff providing architectural and interior design solutions across Asia, India and the Middle East since 2004.

Brenton is a fellow and part time facilitator at the Institute of Directors of Thailand, current Treasurer and past President of the Australia-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce as well as Chairman of The Advance Australia Council (Thailand) and The Australian Football League (AFL) Thailand.

Previously, Brenton held the positions of Director of the Board of Trade Thailand, President and Vice President of the Australian–Thailand Chamber of Commerce and President of the South Australia Club Thailand.

Brenton is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Business in Corporate Governance with the Australian Institute of Business, and is a graduate of the University of South Australia (B.ed Sc.) and obtained his MBA from the University of Singapore.

Christopher Riquier

Chris is an experienced FTSE 100 senior executive and company director.

Chris was formerly APAC CEO of WPP PLC’s  Data and Insights Division and more recently served as CEO International of China based data consultancy, The Illuminera Group.

Chris has extensive buy and sell side M&A experience in Australia, Africa and Asia with a focus on data, technology and consulting.

Chris’ current and former board roles include DBM Consulting, Ethnotek, Telmy, 3arc and the Swinburne University Data Science Research Institute.

Chris holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Swinburne University.

Jarrad Haynes

Jarrad is an experienced property and funds management executive and director. He is the Managing Director of the Capital Prudential business with a particular focus on investments and asset structuring.

Jarrad was previously founder and director of Accord Property, a national property development and funds management company specialising in the development of small to mid-scale commercial projects.

Jarrad is also a non-executive director of Helping Hand Aged Care and was previously board advisor to Haigh’s Chocolates.

Katrina Glendinning

Katrina brings over thirty-five years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in funds management, listed investment vehicles, portfolio oversight and governance.

Katrina is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Platinum Capital Limited (ASX:PMC), Non-Executive Director of PieLAB Council Capital Fund Pty Ltd, and a member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of Surfing Australia.

Katrina served as Chief Financial Officer of ASX-listed Pengana Capital Group (ASX:PCG) from inception until 31 December 2024, providing oversight of risk, compliance and reporting across equities, private markets and credit strategies. Katrina’s experience covers multiple jurisdictions, with broad and deep knowledge across different sectors, entities and products within financial services.

Prior to PCG, Katrina was an Executive Vice President at BT Financial Group, with numerous roles including Chief Operating Officer of BT Portfolio Services.

Katrina initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working for Price Waterhouse.

Andrew Rutherford

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in financial services across Australia, the US, Europe and Asia. He has acted as a Director of many listed and unlisted companies, including as a non-executive director of BT Financial Group and Chair of Diabetes Australia.

During his executive career, Andrew was a founding partner of Koda Capital, a leading wealth advisory business, which he established in 2014. Prior to that, Andrew served as an Executive General Manager at NAB/MLC, Managing Director of JBWere and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs | JBWere.
