Development Equity Fund Series
The Development Equity Fund Series provides equity or equity like exposure to develop mid-scale build to sell commercial real estate projects in Australia, in either single or multi asset formats. Development funds target higher returns generally paid at the end of the fund when the property is sold.
This single asset fund is developing a 46 unit industrial strata warehouse complex in Jandakot a suburb of Perth, WA. The development is on track to outperform the target return and is due for completion in Q1 2026.*

A single asset fund that is developing a 37,000 sqm land parcel in Rothwell a growing suburb just north of Brisbane, QLD. On completion the site will house 12,000 sqm of large format and quick service retail space.

This multi asset fund is targeting 3-5 industrial strata warehouse projects around the country. The first asset is a 12 unit project in St Albans, VIC, a suburb in Melbourne’s west. Completion value of assets will be $50-$80 million.*

Core Property Funds
Our Core Property Funds provide investors the opportunity to invest in income producing mid scale commercial property assets ($20 - $75 million). The funds aim to pay regular distributions (generally quarterly) to investors over a minimum 7 year term. Through active management of the assets investors can also benefit from capital growth of the property values over the life of the funds.
A single asset fund that will invest in a fully leased 15,370 sqm industrial building in Maddington, WA in Perth’s eastern corridor. The fund is forecasting to provide quarterly distributions starting at 6.0% over its 7 year term.*
