An actively managed Australian real-estate credit strategy targeting monthly income of RBA Cash Rate + 5.00% (net of fees and costs). Focused on registered first-mortgage positions with conservative LVRs and priority controls. Typical loan types include acquisition finance, residual stock, construction (with independent QS oversight) and refinance for experienced sponsors with meaningful equity and clear exits. Portfolio construction emphasises diversification and a target weighted-average LVR of ~65%. Sector focus spans mid-scale residential (incl. BTR), industrial/logistics and select commercial assets.
